ORGANIC CHOCOLATE HANDMADEWe produce our more than 40 varieties of handmade chocolate bars from the most exclusive cocoa masses, exquisite marzipan and premium spirits.
We blend our chocolates from the most superior cocoa varieties of organic origin.
The cocoa content of dark chocolate is 80% - 100%, that of milk chocolate 45% - 49%.
The ingredients for the fillings partially come from our own garden (apricots from the Wachau region, raspberries, plums, pears, herbs) or from organic farmers. We do not add stabilizers, preservatives or flavour enhancers. Each chocolate bar weighs 65-70 grams and has a shelf life of approximately 6 months.
Softer fillings and a better taste make us stand out against our competitors.
