Welcome to the online shop of Hanauer’s handmade chocolates!
Here you find exquisite dark chocolate and select milk chocolate.

35 handmade chocolate bar varieties from prime cocoa mass, best raw marzipan paste and most excellent spirits.

We personally prepare the mix for our exquisite dark chocolate bars from prime cocoa varieties coming from Trinidad, Arriba and Venezuela.
Cocoa percentage:  63% to 100%

Our milk chocolate, a blend of Java, Trinidad, Arriba and Venezuela prime coco varieties has a percentage of 45% to 49% cocoa.

We partially grow the ingredients for our chocolate fillings in our own garden (apricots from the famous Wachau region, raspberries, plums, pears, herbs) or buy them from organic farmers.

We do not use stabilizers, preserving agents or flavour enhancers.
New: our chocolate covertures of genuine origin. Each chocolate bar weighs 67 to 70 g and has a shelf life of 6 months.
Organic certification since summer 2007.
